The core challenge was to design a platform that eliminates uncertainty and gives users full control over the hiring process — from the first request to final payment.

The Challenge
We designed a streamlined platform that brings clarity and trust to the contractor hiring process. The experience is structured around transparency and control, allowing users to move confidently from the initial request to final payment without uncertainty or friction. Every step is intentionally simplified to reduce cognitive load and eliminate guesswork.
The platform introduces clear pricing logic, verified professional profiles,
and a guided workflow that supports users throughout the journey. Communication, updates, and approvals are centralized in one place, creating a predictable and cohesive experience that replaces stress with confidence.

Process
We followed a user-centered design approach to deeply understand the challenges users face when hiring contractors online. Through research and analysis, we identified key friction points — lack of trust, unclear pricing, and fragmented communication — and translated them into a structured, end-to-end user flow.
From early wireframes to final visual design, each stage focused on clarity, hierarchy, and usability. We iterated on core interactions, refined navigation, and validated key flows to ensure the product feels intuitive, reliable, and easy to use at every step.
