How to make a website?

Just follow up our instructions, and you will be able to make a website in no time. Please note that most of the instructions online require you to use a number of different tools that help you to make a website. But keep in mind, that if you really want to make a website yourself, you got to know how to use any computer with no tools.

In order to answer a question of how to make a website we need to cover several topics:

1. Writing HTML
2. Hosting a website and using FTP
3. Find a domain name for your website
(You will need an internet connection and text editor)

How to make a website::using HTML

1. Go to Start->Run...
2. Type: notepad.exe (this will open notepad document)
3. In the notepad, type the following:

4.In notepad, go to File->Save As, and type: c:\index.html
5. In "Save as type" drop-down box, select "All Files" and click "Save"
6. Test your webpage: Go to Start->Run... and type "explorer.exe" and hit "enter"
7. Expand "My Computer" and click on "Local Disk(C:)"
8. Click on index.html file you just created
9. You default web browser will open your new web page and display "How to make a website"

How to make a website::hosting your webpage
Now that you created you webpage, you need to make it available for everyone on the internet. You need to find hosting provider. I have created a test account for you, just follow up this steps:


1. Go to Start->Run
2. Type: cmd 
3. hit enter
4. In a block box type: ftp  and hit "Enter"
5. Type: open 38.112.60.189 and hit "Enter"
6. Type: public  (this is your FTP user name) and hit "Enter"
7. Type: test5 (this is your password for FTP) and hit "Enter"
8. Now it's time to transfer the file you just created, type: put  and hit "Enter"
9. The system will ask you for a local file name. type: c:\index.html
10. The system will ask you for a remote file name. Type: index.html
11. go to:  http://designexperts.us/how-to-make-a-website/index.html  

You should be able to see the page you just created.
